Work Experiences –
Radhe Shyam Thawait, with a rich career spanning since 1992, has contributed significantly to the academic field of Elementary Education. He has held diverse roles such as Research Assistant, Field Investigator, State Academic Consultant-State Co-coordinator, Program Officer, and Senior Fellow. He is currently serving as a Resource Person in a national-level educational organization in Chhattisgarh. His work encompasses curriculum development, the creation of reading materials, and self-learning materials for a Diploma in Education.
Radhe Shyam has been involved in developing syllabi and textbooks for Environment Study and Social Science, coordinating projects, and creating training modules for teachers. Notably, he has served as an honorable Teacher at Govt. N.E.S. College Jashpur Nagar, Chhattisgarh State. His international engagement includes being part of an Indian team investigating quality improvement initiatives in primary schools in Sri Lanka, endorsed by the European Commission.
Radhe Shyam Thawait has also shared his expertise through educational talks, discussions on radio programs, and teleconferencing, and he has had articles published in reputable publications like ‘Sandarbh,’ ‘ Learning Curve,’ and more.
